Today will browsing for new affiliates on Commission Junction I came across one that I have actually joined myself. Now I am just waiting approval of my site. It is a pay per post site for bloggers and advertiser. This is a new one for me so I am not sure how its going to work out but that’s what this site is all about, trying new things and writing about them.
PayPerPost is the world’s largest consumer generated ad network, connecting Bloggers & Advertisers to deliver compelling online social marketing campaigns. The results are brand awareness, online buzz, increased traffic and consumer-based opinion.
Blogging is a huge part of the internet and a great place for advertisers to showcase their products. It does look like from the outside looking in it could be a very profitable opportunity. If you have a blog, or are an advertiser, then check this one out and see what you think. I as always will post updates as to my experience. Banner link provided below!

It’s been a few days since I have done an update on the Euro/USD and my Forex trading. The Euro has been a good currency for investing this month, as I have now had well over 50 trades for a positive gain of 241 pips. In the latter part of this month the Euro has seen a slow down and some strong selling driving its price back down some. After hitting an all time high on the 16th of 1.5904 it began a retreat back down 1.5342 only to start back up to what looked like a retest of the 1.5904. It didn’t quite make it and for the moment stopped out at 1.5844. It now looks to be in a period of consolidation and taking any positions on this pair at the moment is not for me.

There are many other pairs that can be traded fortunately so there is usually always trades that can be made. I try to stay with one currency and focus my technical analysis on it. If you haven’t tried Forex yet, make sure and get your free practice account to see if you can make it in the world of currency trading. It cost nothing and is much like a one of those virtual stock market challenges but the Forex market is much more exciting as it is open 24 hours a day 5 days a week. Yesterday I received a letter from a guy named Dick Black. It spoke of a business offer with The People United Group. It basically is one of those deals where you send $20 to this address and it goes to the 5 people on the list, this also places you on the top of the list, and then you resend the letter using the sales kit to other people and the process continues. It claims what your really doing is purchasing a sales kit so that makes it a legal operation. Seems to be walking a fine line but Im not a lawyer so I’m not sure personally.
Most of the people on the list in the letter I received were very easy to find using Google. I found phone numbers and addresses of almost all of them. I have tried calling some, only to get answering machines. One guy, Glen Brink, I have found on MySpace. His profile shows he has a personal website. On his site it looks like he has his fingers in many different work at home pots. I am still waiting for a reply from him for his take on this particular venture.
The letter requires that you send only money orders, no checks. If you want expedited shipping of your sales kit though, you’re to include $6 in cash only. Strange I must say. All payments are supposed to be sent to a DM Services in Naples Florida to a PO Box 34106. It gives a telephone number for DM Services 239-775-2588 that Google shows to be a Jospeh Gales and gives a physical address also in Napples. I am still awaiting response from the people I have contacted to see if this is scam or not. I will update when more info is available.
So the other day I was looking around trying to find some free money making offers on the internet and I came across instantpaypalcash.com. Now, normally I cant stand these kind of offers but the website made it sound so easy. Just follow the instructions and I would get $100 in my Paypal account. It also promotes itself as a way to make several hundred dollars a week on a continuing basis.
So I give my name and email and get the instructions on what I need to do. And I have to say, I honestly got lost in confusion and links and clicks and websites trying to complete the offers I needed to fulfill to get the hundred dollars.
I’m not saying this one doesn’t have the $100 at the end, but damn… You expand your earnings by getting referrals, again, not a big fan. I cant write this one off based on my experience as I simply got frustrated with the process and having to clear cookies out at each site visit ect… Anybody been able to make it through and see any money out of this one?
About a month ago I received a letter addressed from a Northstar Funding Corp. that also contained a check. The letter told me of a winning claim notification and presented me with a check of $4,500. It tells me to to deposit the check and send the payment to my choice of Roselyn Mora in Long Island, Laura Snyder in New York, or Micheal Reed in Brooklyn. It also instructs me to call my account manager immediately @ 1-226-200-0361.
Well today I was able to make contact with Huntington Bank, the one the check appears to be issued from, and they indeed confirmed it is a scam. Which I already knew but I wanted confirmation before publishing this article. I have attached copies of the letter and check to help others avoid this scam and any related one similar to it by the same people. My scanned image dosent show the detail and how real the check looks, right down to its official water mark on the back and color fade on the front.

So anyway, today the feds announced a .75 rate cute to try to save what’s left of our economy. This briefly sent the EUR/USD on a plunge as Wall Street gained over 400 points. After falling all the way back down to 1.5612 it looks as if the Euro is trying to make some recovery. Its only been a couple days ago the Euro was pushing record territory up to 1.5900 and then some. I am looking for a retest of the 1.5900 in the coming days as the rate cut news fades away.
