Brick And Mortar Businesses Rock!
As you may have noticed my post have become less frequent. I recently have been part of a new business start up and it has kept me really busy, well not really…I’m spending less than 40 hours a week. I am part of a traditional brick and mortar business start up that the Liberty League International people put down on their websites.
They put them down because of the effort needed to get them started and make claims they may not be as rewarding. Its kinda strange coming from a company that focuses on personal development and fulfilling your dreams to talk down something but that’s LLI for ya I guess.
This has been one of the most rewarding and fun things I have ever been a part of. I understand now why small business owners make up the bulk of American businesses. I must admit I’m sure I’m not gonna make thousands of dollars a day like Liberty League claims you can with their business opportunity. I do get emails from many who are involved with or have been involved with Liberty League and guess what, they aren’t making thousands of dollars a day either. Most have made nothing as a matter of fact.
My message is this…Don’t be afraid to do what you dream. Don’t let some snake oil salesman tell you you there’s a easier way and persuade your judgment. If you want to start a business, start a business. Start a business that offers a real product of value to customers that NEED the product you offer. If you do that, then you will be successful. I am spending a fraction of the amount of time that newcomers to Liberty League are spending and I am making money, seems most of them are not.
