Happy Holidays.

by Deborah on Dec.30, 2008, under Liberty League International, Rachel Oliver, Zenaida Lorenzo, scams

Happy holidays to all.

May 2009 bring happiness and health to you and your beautiful families :-)

More importantly I hope 2009 brings with it a heart, compassion and empathy to the manipulative, self centred liars also known as the “top income earners” of Liberty League International. And yes the  top income earners are the handful of people making ridiculous amounts of money by ripping people off - they never change. They are the same people !

I pray that a Liberty League International associate does not cross your path in 2009.

My kind regards to all including the Liberty League associates who are way too rich and have a far better lifestyle than the rest of the world -  pity they have no soul.

Recently there has been another Liberty League International member that has blessed us with another member rant (comment is posted at the end of my response).  Ed Karp would like every one who has never owned a business to shut up.  Ed also goes on to say he hasn’t been successful with LLI because he hasn’t done what his advisors have told him to do.  Telling people to shut up probably doesn’t help much either Ed.

Ed states he has spent $22,000 to date to position himself where he is at.  I guess I really don’t know what Ed’s point is.  He wants to point out that LLI is a good deal and a real business, but he has invested $22,000 and made nothing.  Ed…that’s not a very convincing testimonial sir.  I appreciate your honesty, you are the only supporter of LLI to come on here and say they have invested much and made nothing, but you just don’t have anything to support your claim that LLI is that great.  Your only defense you offer to LLI is that you were lazy and didn’t do what you were supposed to.

And that Ed damages your credibility and ability to speak on the issue with any authority and certainly takes away your right to tell people to shut up if they haven’t owned their own business.  Because you have spent $22,000 and then sat on your thumb and did nothing, hardly makes you the expert on owning businesses.  But Ed, I wish you good luck and hope things turn around for you someday.

Ed’s comment as submitted to this site follows below.

“Would all of you that are posting responses THAT HAVE NOT EVER OWNED A BUSINESS PLEASE SHUT UP. Don’t tell people about whether or not this is a scam because you obviously have never owned a business. You haven’t spent years of time buliding it, thousands of dollars funding it, or the pressure of dealing with a real business. If you had, you would know that LLI is simply a different business model for distributing products, as well as are other types of MLM distribution models. If 9 out of 10 people fail at a traditional brick and mortar business, why do people get upset when they fail at LLI or any other type of business?

The reason is that PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY is not something that people want, because then they become responsible for their own failures, which in todays society is just too hard to handle.

I’ve owned my own business all my life. I know what it takes, and number one it takes perseverence. How long did these people persevere? 2 months, 6 months, 1 year? I spent YEARS working for free to build a business. I spent 60-80 hr/work weeks sometimes running it. Talk to anyone that owns a franchise? You’ll find out how much it really costs to get a business off the ground and how many years it takes (not months - years) to get it profitable.

So when I read about people who “haven’t had success” with LLI I know exactly why …. they quit.

And by the way, I spent 22K to position myself to make my business as profitable and as quick as possible. To date, it has been 1 yr and 3 months and you know how much I’ve made? Nothing. Who’s fault is that? MINE. Did I do what my advisors said ? NO. Did I actually USE THE PRODUCT as is laid out, EVERY DAY? No. Can I blame my lack of results on the company or my advisors ? Sure I can … if I want to lie to myself. But heres the problems .. If I blame my lack of results on someone else … than do I attribute my success to someone else also?

People are always looking for the easy out … the easy “get rich quick” ideas. LLI is not that. Some get results very fast, others very slow.

Am I going to give up because I haven’t made money yet ?

Let me sum it up this way.. I have an associate that owned 2 7-Eleven stores that he was selling. I asked how much it would cost to buy, and about how long to get my money back? He hemmed and hawed and said it was dependant on many variables. So I said 750K-1M ? He replied yes. So how long to get my money back I asked, 3 or 4 years? He laghed and said “Oh No ….at least 7, but sometimes as little as 5″ THATS A REAL BUSINESS. So if it takes me 3 more months or 2 more years, what difference does it make ? I don’t work full time at it, only 1 to 3 hours 3 or 4 days a week. So for those who do nothing, where will they be in 3 or 4 years? Same place.

In conclusiion, LLI is the easiest, fastest way to start creating an income, but it does require real work …. the most important work actually being on yourself (oops. there comes that personal responsibility thing that everyone is ducking nowadays !

And just out of curiosity …. why is everybody so afraid to show their face and publish their name ? If your going to slam someone … have some balls !”
