One thing that has been the same with Ebay lately is change. And while most poeple don’t like change, it is sometimes good. But I must admit that I think Ebay is making a terrible mistake with the feedback policy change. In case you haven’t heard by now, basically the change to the policy removes ability to leave transaction feedback for people who buy from me. My Ebay store was run very well, all items were as described and I shipped the items the day people paid for them. I used the United States Post Office Priority Mail so the items arrived very fast.

One change that was done in the past was a 5-point scale buyers filled out for sellers. Mine was really good except for the shipping, people bitched that it took to long to receive their items. What more could I possibly do to get it there any faster? I think people knowing that they wont receive reciprocal negative feedback is going to have them bitching and leaving negative feedback about the smallest things and uncontrollable things.To many power sellers with thousands of feedback already it wont seem to sting as bad. But with mine only in the hundreds, and still at 100%, it will be so easy for a lot of hard work to go down the drain. I ask that Ebay reconsider this policy change and protect the sellers!
